recently got KHB house though action by bank got registered and occupied but previous owner kept maintainance balance as organised by association and tax kept balance in KHB, since previous owner still available in other house, association ask me to pay all his pending balance and KHB also informing me to clear , there is a valve from past 10 years, I just occupied by this month and informed will pay by this month onwards but not accepting, kindly help me where I should escalate and resolve the issue and why I should pay since he had used water and and other facilities including taxes
You should have bought home after getting no objection certificate,
