Bank Defaulter

I have taken some personal loan and some credit card but due to medical problems in family, I am not able to pay than what action bank can took against me and how can I defence it.

The bank will proceed against you and the guarantor if defaulted.If you are not in a position to repay, consult the banker for onetime settlement.
