Hi Experts,
I took an education loan fro UBI, of 400000(4 lacs). But after my moraterium ended, I was unable to pay my dues completely due to financial and personal health crisis. Now that I have agreed for OTS, bank is asking me to pay 245000 as OTS amount, which is impossible for me given the financial situation in my family. I am without a job, as my health does not permit me to handle stress of long working hours.
I have arranged 110000 for this OTS, but bank is absolutely not ready to budge. What should I do? I want to close this account for good.
