Bank issue

Hi

my father in law have a bank account as a single holder now when we are appled for colouser of account and tranfer the amout to my mother in law account which she is having in same branch we had sumited indemnity bond also now there are asking for NOC from her and  two daughter with no claim if any claim is there you have to sort out the matter can any one help me with the format it urgent

NOC is a valid requirement in cases where there is no nomination by the account holder.

it apperars from your querry {a} your father in law had made no nomination in the account ,{b} he has left no will. If these presumptions are correct then your bank is rightfully asking for a claim form dully signed by all the successors of your father in law

I agree with Shri Rajeev Sharma. Pl mention the amount withuptodate interest lying in your father-in-laws account
