Buyer X approached a bank for buying the property. Bank did all the legal verification and sanctioned the loan. Now the property is in legal issues.
- Who has to fight in the court now? Buyer or Bank?
- Is bank responsible for the property if buyer looses the case in the court?
- Should buyer re-pay the amount taken from the bank?

Though bank did verfication on their side, but still it was your responsibilty to check all past records of the property and look for any disputes, so now you can go to court and ask the seller for specific relief.
