Bank loan availability on release deed

Hi,

I need to know, whether bank provides loan on release deed. If yes, any other documents required. if no, they why..............???????????????

The lending rules may vary from bank to bank.

Bank/banker is the source to ask.

Banks lend to owner of the estate.

Vaid Release deed tarnsfers the share/interest.

banks shall asess the risk as per its internal rules.
