Sir,hon' le HC madras passed an order in favour of petitioner and the case was disposed off.that the same order was reversed by another single bench sitting in contempt jurisdiction.afterwards suit filed in court of ld civil judge sr division for decleration that the order passed in favour of petitioner is final and absolute specific relief Act u/s 34 . Ld civil judge refused and rejected since there is no cause of action.moreover mentioned that H C order is itself a decleration and how this court pass any decleration prayed for.? Kindly advice what should be the next course of action.¡
