dear sir
i have a issue that in my organisation which is Airports Authority of India a govt psu.
The basic pay of the highest cadre of non executives has exceeded to that of the lowest cadre of the executives upon pay revision in 6th pay commision.
i want to know that is there any rule in the labour laws that this cannot happen as the same case happened in BSNL which was corrected after the guideline by the ministry of telecommunication to the bsnl.
i am attaching here that letter here pls go through it and pls tell me any govt document, court order which is says that the basic of executives cannot be lesser that nonexecutives.
