I am constructing a home on my site in whitefield, Bangalore. I have left the set back as mentioned by BBMP all around the home but at one place I had voilate 1 feet x 8 feet in a 40feet x 60 feet site. I am see lot more violation in all arround Bangalore than this. But my neighbour is making a issue out of it and complaining to BBMP. Actually the neighbour them self have violated much more than what I am doing. But they have contructed and I am now contructing. My negotiation with neighbour is not going through well too. If they goes to court, what option I have.
