There is dispute for a pagdi type premises in Mumbai. Case filed BEFORE 1999 around 1998 or so by Landlord ( ppf ) on grounds of
-- Not staying there for a specific period of time
-Alternate and suitable accomodation available to plaintiff from ownership flat purchased.
in that case , pl let me know
- what specific rent act is applicable BEFORE 1999 : what version of Mah Rent control act.
-on whom does the onus of proving that other ownership premises is "alternate and suitable" comes ( Defendant has children. Though the he kept the ownership property on his name - it was meant for children. Children plan to have family)
