Suppose i come to know of some benami transaction or a benami property. Where do i complain about it. As in 1988 act no authority has been notified to acquire the property whom should i contact so that proceeding could be initiated against the persons involved.
Or i need to file a case under 1988 act so that court declares the property benami and action is initiated against persons concerned.
