Thank you all for the suggestions, 1 last question.. is it true that all the earnings (around 15 lakhs) and the loans that she took for them (for which she is paying the emi) is not dowry? can i still get court direction for filing case against them?

Also they are using the car which is in my aunt's name and for which she is paying EMI now. Can i claim it through 406 petition?
