could any please advise the best way to drag the case.
took 6 dates for crossing total one year dragged for crossing which includes summer vacations and holidays.
took 5 dates to file evidence but frustated judge closed the stage for petitioner arguments, petitioner filed arguments then we filed objections and judge fined 1k for dragging and gave chance to file evidence atlast filed evidence in two dates total process took 8- 9 months.
petitioner chance to file arguments wid jimmicks mislead the judge saying petitioner to file the arguemnts and dragging the case from last 7 months, case is now in hearing stage.
in last two hearing dates managed the judge telling we have not yet filed arguments due to festival and judge gave date to file, as i understood this time judge will definitely give date for judgement.
so in case if judge orders for judgement, what are the ways to skip the judgement date and drag the case till march so that judge will go for summer vacation and case will be dragged for another 6 months?
next week judge called for hearing and petitioner was suppose to file arguments but not filing arguments on that date.
Please suggest what if judge give judgement date next week?
