If the accused or complainant persons smells biasness of Presiding officer of Trial Court then whether he (accused or complainant) can ask the court not to deliver judgement and openly gives in writing in court regarding biasness of presiding officer.
Or there is any other way to not letting the Presiding officer to deliver biased judgement (biasness is confirmed)
