Bidding for consumer service

Hi, My friend has a startup idea which involves bidding by consumers for services like movie tickets and concert tickets. This is the overall idea and I want to know the legal feasibility of such an idea. Can the bidding be done on consumer services for a certain number of seats or passes and whether through such bidding, a service such as ticket can be sold for a higher price than the normal

You can call this as service, but, if you receive more than ticket price you may claim that amount as service charges, otherwise you'll in trouble and punishing for collecting excess amount
