A company recently approached the BIFR under section 15 of the SICA, 1985. The BIFR appointed an Operating Agency subsequently to prepare a Draft Revival Scheme. But before the DRS could be prepared, the BIFR passed an interim order changing the composition of the board of the said Company.
Could someone tell me if the said order is Valid ? And any judgements (if any) in support of your reply.
