first marriage was love marriage in temple. But second one was forced my parents even after knowing i had married. These 28yrs was fine as both wife, childrens were together. Problem only started during my retirement time now. Looking out for funds.

lived with her as her husband

then had kids with her

then u married with the second wife too

also lived with her as her husband

also had kids with her

all this went for long 28 yrs.

now u r taking plea that the 2nd lady is not ur wife.

u can not take advantage of ur wrongs.

u have to maintain both the wives.

u can not file divorce on the 2nd wife as there is no legal marriage between u and ur 2nd wife.

u wont get void marriage declaration on the ground that - at the time of 2nd marriage, UR first marriage was subsisting.

though the 2nd marriage is void, the second wife can use all the legal remedies against u.

lucky you, atleast u are not being prosecuted for IPC 494 / 495 yet.

What is the way to disolve the marriage than?

first marriage - by divorce

second marriage is no marriage at all and can NOT be dissolved at all.
