I filed case against my husband on 17th October at PS . they issued acknowledgement.
on 22nd October 2019 they sent us for counselling to a women counselling centre SAKHI
They declared its purely domestic violence case and to register case against my husband.
till now 23rd Oct 2019 4.48 pm they haven't filed FIR.
What shall i do.
what is the general procedure?
