I have worked with Birlasoft Ltd. Noida for 6 months and left in June 2011. It's 7 months now and they haven't given my full and final settlement. My total amount should be around Rs 70,000 however they have given me 35,000. Earlier they were replying my emails but they are not even replying my emails now.
What should I do?

As per your entitlements expressed in your appointment letter, circulars/letters for payouts-reimbursements etc,incentives if any..You may prepare your worksheet stating each amount still to be paid by compnay and contest the worksheet if any supplied by company.
If company has not supplied any F&F you may state so in writing and demand it.
Yopu may send your representation writing by registred post addressed to your appointing authority followed by emails to him/her,CEO,MD,CS,Head-HR.
