Hi everyone,
I was born on 15.03.1990 in a Millitary Hospital, Pathankot which issued me a birth certificate. At that time my parents were not aware of the certificate by muncipal corporation.So, they didn't registered me there. But, with that birth certificate issued by Millitary Hospital I joined the school and cleared the college. Till then, nobody objected on its existence. But now I have to apply for a passport and they are strictly demanding a birth certificate issued by muncipality.
Can anyone please tell me detailed procedure for that??
Its very urgent. Please help me.
