Birth date issue- for applying passport

Hi,

My real birth date is 19 dec 1990. Except birth certificate, in all other documents like sslc marks card, voter id, etc. the date of birth is 18th dec 1990. Because of this birth date difference i am not able to get the passport.

So please provide me a solution for this.

Also let me know if i can get a lawyer in bangalore to handle this case and help me.
