Merely citing the reason that 'only operative order is issued to accused which states that defendent accused is sentensed for 5 yrs' etc.

Tomorrow ..... even a capital punishment convict, who is handed only an operative judgment, would ask for a interim bail .... and that too after conviction !!!!!!
What if Salman Khan evades the jail term and goes absconding????
If operative order and judgment had no value ..... then ....why ... did the sessions judge even waste the ink, pen, paper etc etc and time and money of taxpayers in issuing operative order?????
Finally money power speaks !!!!!
