Bond for school teachers

Hello I want to make a legal process while appointing teachers in our school. The main reason for this is we don't want the teacher to leave her job during an academic year because it becomes difficult for the students is the teacher changes from time to time and it is difficult for the management to get new teachers in between an academic year. The point we want to mention is that the employee has to work in the school from June to April and cant leave the job in between this period. This is a general agremeent and we want to make it on Rs.20 stamp paper. Is bond a legal process to do this? If yes where can I find some samples of these bonds?

one piece of advice.

if u r paying excellent salary to your teachers(which most pvt. schools in india do not)then any new appointment will be more than willing to sign this bond,to continue in your school..

however if u dont give good salary, yet expect them to remain hooked to ur school and reject all the other better job proposals that may come in b/w this period,no wise teacher will be willing to sign such bonds with u...in the end, only u will have to lose.

so do good to get good;)

This is a common process of leaving jobs by prvt school teachers if gets better option. You will not get good teacher in this method.
