CAN LABOUR COMISSIONER TELL A COMPANY TO PAY BONUS TO EMPLOYESS. IN OTHER WORDS IS HE THE PROPER FORUM FOR ADJUDICATIIONN OF ENTITLEMENT OF BONUS

Labour commissioner can give order but he cannot force to pay bonus.

When the company will not comply with Labour commissioner order then matter will be referred to Labour Court for further action.
