i have booked one flat with local builder and paid some amount as advance and took a receipt of the payment. we did not execute any agreement, he promised to arrange home loan for me. he started process of the loan and bank has reject my loan on some technical ground (they found some voilation in the property). bank send me an email stating same. as property is having some voilation now i dont want to purchase it and i demand my admance money back. builder is not payment my money back what should i do?
