I am a student of LL.M.-1st year and have to appear for the final examinations having following subjects:
1. Judicial Process
2. Law and Social Transformation in India
3. Indian Constitutional Law - The New Challenges
4.Legal Education and Legal Research
Earlier I was suggested by my friends to pursue Company Secretaryship course but later I found that the pass percentage of that course is very low and every student has to undergo mandatory training of 2 years for a petty stipend in metro cities. So I am back to LL.M where I had already taken admission to. The books are not available in the market and just 2 months have left to prepare the the examination. Kindly suggest me the authors of the above mentioned books so as to enable me to buy the same. I called many publishers but they told that book on JUDICIAL PROCESS is not available in India.
