Your RTI applications are being pushed from one office to another and PIO/CPIO and who else not have been rejecting the applications citing discretion and what else not. They have tried to justify by calling memorial a mercy petition citing spelling mistake.
You have enough data and details and facts. It is high time that instead of sending appeal to PMO which otherwise pushes the paper to company, you may take a final call and address the appeal to PM himself. After his citizen is being humiliated and harassed although PM has advised/announced time and again to treat the citizens with honor and deliver justice.
It is strongly felt that your appeal to PM shall fetch results and corrupt shall not be able to defend the corrupt.
