Bringing legal heir on record after the death of defendant

In a property suit, Is it necessary to bring all the legal heirs on record after the death of defendant or only one legal heir is sufficient to proceed with suit who is already on record?

@krishna I am not a lawyer but i can guide you because recently i have seen a property case similar to your case.. yes its important to bring all the legal heirs on record after the death of the defendant.. so please don't delay.. also you should meet some lawyer and follow properly because application needs to be filed for this..
