This tragic story is of my real brother.
My Brother Ashish Goel was staying in Bangalore for the
> last 6 years. He was working as a Software Engineer

> she met Ashish, she did not like him and she refused for marriage. In

> suicide. By hearing this Ashish and that girl decided that she will
> marry where her mother’s approval should be there and they stopped

> After marriage Ashish found her behavior very arrogant and
> unreasonable. After marriage they started living in Bangalore. One
> day when Ashish was in office, Ruchi came to know about Ashish
> previous affair from Ashish Computer as she got some little bit
> objectionable photographs of Ashish with previous girl. This added
> fuel to her arrogance and rudeness, she fought a lot on this issue
> that evening. Ashish explained her all the facts that this
> relationship could not materialize in marriage and the relationship
> got broke-up long back before his marriage. He told her that he does
> not any relationship/contacts with that girl. That night she pretended
> to be calm down and asked Ashish to delete those photographs from the
> computer. Ashish did that. But even Ashish didnt know that she took
> all the photographs in her CD when he was at office. Ashish thought
> that the issue is over and now his married life will move forward
> peacefully, But next day she again started threatening Ashish and went
> back with that CD to Meerut(UP) to her parental home. Till that time
> she stayed with Ashish only for few days.

> started all the legal preparation to implicate him in false cases so
> that she can extract money and harass him to maximum extend.

> other option except to sign on this.
> 3) Ashish will leave his job of Bangalore and shift to NCR.
> Ashish felt week on moral ground as Ruchi threated him that if he
> doesnt sign this agreement she will public all the photographs to his
> family members and distribute it to his next generation relatives
> (niece and nephew). Ashish got stunned when he came know that the
> photos were still with Ruchi and were actually copied by his wife to
> blackmail him. This was something very new for Ashish's family and
> there was excess pressure from the lawyer. Ashish's family was also
> not prepared listen all this, but they though that this could bring
> peace to their matrimonial life and this is just an assurance. All the
> family members including Ashish signed that agreement.
> After signing the same they send Ashish wife along with Ashish to

> she left to her father’s home town in last April, 2010 (Meerut) by
> saying she has to attend one of her cousin’s marriage and taken all
> the jewellery of Ashish side and her side both. After 15 days Ashish
> and his family phone called his in-laws house and asked her wife’s
> father when they can book the Ruchi’s ticket back to Bangalore then

> want to come back to Bangalore and he has to leave the job and come
> Meerut, even Ashish agreed for the same also. Again in between ashish
> wife use to call and harass him over phone for false dowry and she use
> to blackmail that she will send his photograhs to all the places like

> reaction, He literally said "Achcha hua sala mar gaya" Finally Ruchi
> called from Meerut by saying police should handover Ashish dead body
> to his family member and she is not coming to Bangalore. After all
> his last ride , ashish family went to complain Mico Layout Police
> Station 24th June, 2010 to file the complaint but Mr. C N Janardhan
> Rao(Inspector) who got a huge bribe from Ashish wife’s side (her one
> Uncle stay at Bangalore)was not ready to file any case, but he
> registered as C-mis 374/2010 on 25th June, 2010 complain. Ashish's
> family flushed money to few corrupt police officers. We were not
> having any option except approaching all higher authorities. Finally
> with all calls to Mr.Janardhan, he registered the case Under
> Section-306 of IPC. The Crime No. 453/2010 on 30th June, 2010 but he
> did not call Ruchi (Ashish wife) even single time for any
> investigation and given them 2 1/2 months time to get the anticipatory
> bail.

> The Inspector’s behaviour towards Ashish family was very rude and
> rowdy kind off. He did not mention about suicide note when the file
> went for Anticipatory Bail for Ashish's wife. We approached Public
> Prosecutor and request him to send notice police deptt for death note
> copy then finally it came. When the hearing of Anticipatory bail was
> there , for opposite laywer has 2-3 strong points :-

> photograph of Ashish of previous affair(it was bit odd) .
> Thus Ruchi got anticipatory bail immediately. Even her lawyer is a
> very famous lawyer in Bangalore for criminal cases as he charges
> heavily.
> We met Chief Minister of Karnataka and explained all problem how we
> are suffering with Investigation Officer, he referred to Police
> Commissioner and Police Commissioner directed ACP of particular Zone
> and informed to change the Investigation Officer. The ACP
> transferred Ashish Case to another police station. We continuously
> tried meeting New IO and tried explaining all the facts and also given
> our statement in writing .

> In November, 2010 Ruchi and family went and met Police Commssioner and
> tried explaining a different story to all the police deptt by showing
> that photograph and agreement paper. Also we came to know from IO that
> they have approached DCP of that Zone with heavy bribe. Thus chances
> of charge sheet filing is NIL. Immediately again I approached to
> Police Commissioner he directed Joint Commissioner of Crime in writing
> that this case should be transferred to CCB Deptt for further
> investigation. By the time we got this copy of the letter on 5th
> February, 2011, Investigation Officer already filed B Report on 28th
> Jan, 2011 to Metropolitan Court. We immediatelyfiled the Protest Memo. Now the next hearing is in june 23rd, 2012
In the mean time we started getting call from Meerut police that we have to compromise in this case or else Ruchi's family will put you in false comlain like stri dhan, dowry act, false fighting with her. we didnot compromise and they have filled 2 cases against us one in lady mahila dhana and another in local police statation where they have put our name my father, wife, myself and one of our family friend name of this. please suggest how to take this matter.
