Brother-in-laws claim in sister's in-laws property

Greetings to my esteemed colleagues.

One of my close relative died recently without any children. Her brothers, sisters and mother forcing her husband for the share in his ancestral property (husband's grand father's property). He is very soft and by profession he is a priest in a temple. Does they have any right to claim the share ? If not, what are the procedure to avert from this mis-use of the property and the Law as a whole.

Wife's mother, brothers and sisters have no share in the ancestral property of the husband. They cannot claim anything legally.

how thus your friend mother brothers and sisters are eligible to ask the share from his husband grand fathers property ---- are they related before marriage

if they are related then there relation talks about legal issues as how they are related and if think normally without any relations they are not eligible for share
