Hi All
I bought a flat in gated community where the venture handover is not yet done . No OC and CCs are produced yet.
Clubs house is not yet completed. Builder has vacated his office which was setup near by our gated community. We do not have any communication address other than builders mail id. He is not reachable in phone or mail for the last 45 days. Builder has to pay around 1 crore rupees of corpus fund which he has collected from us. We are unable to contact him by any mode of communication. We have registered our society as of now.
Can you please suggest what action we should take on him immediately ?
Can we file a case in police station as builder absconding ?
Please suggest us how to proceed
