My husband and mother in law have registered a builder floor jointly. Do we also need a will or gift deed from mother to secure the property with us. The floor was brought by disposing another property in mother's name and my husband contributed 24% of the total cost.
My husband also has 4 sisters... Shall they be entitled to any portion post their mom 's death.
Please advice.
