Builder not provide water

We are living in building but we don't make sositey and builder don't get possession letter and don't doing little flat repairing and also he will not get water arrangements so what should we do.. please help us..

You can givecomplint on builder to Real Estate Regulating Autbority in your State capital.

approach RERA or file a compliant before appropriate consumer forum
