I have taken a flat in Faridabad in 2016 through home loan. I got the possation letter and started living there. On mid of April a bank put a notice in society on 13/2 sarfasi stating that there are some 30 flats mortgage with him and builder took the loan on behalf of that in 2015 and now stopped paying EMI. the notice is addressed to the builder but in the list of mortgaged flat list, my flat is also there. I have already paid entire amount to the builder at the time of possession and have all the details. but builder never gave us NOC for registry saying that it will take some time. now builder is already under
custody due to various fraud cases. I want to know how can I safeguard my flat....

You'll have to file an impleadment application in DRT as you have an interest in the property which is going to be possessed by the bank.
