need your advice on this. I recently decided to buy a plot in a gated layout. the builder earlier said that he would provide all the documents xerox once the token amount is given. when we paid the token amount he cited that main person is out of station and thus would provide the documents after a week. considering it was a big builder we paid the token amount of 10%. now he refuses to provide the documents in hand. he asks us to see the documents in his office. or pay the 25% and then he would be able to provide the documents. i dont want to proceed any further with him and want to approach legally to get my full token amount back.
what do you guys suggest? i have lost a couple of good projects coz of this builder and i am real upset and irritated by him.
