Dear Sir/ Madam, Builder has not issue noc for my home loan transfer at reduced rate of interest for no reason. I am incurring financial loss of Rs. 7500 per month. So I have stop paying maintenance. No action by builder. Society form. As it is just transfer of administration from builder to society, I am continue with non payment of maintenance. Till settle of my home loan I will not pay maintenance.
Please advice on my stand I have taken.
Also suggest legal remedy available to me.
