Query 1: I puchase the new flat in second floor. Total approved flat 4(first floor 2 flats and second floor 2 flats). Builder sold unapproved flat in ground floor, we came to know this end of the construction. If we file this issue in court how much time (days or months or years) it tooks to find the solution.
Query 2: Also need suggestion for dividing the car parking area by four(only approved flats). In the panchayat approval plan total plot area shown has STILT Parking. But builder build and sold the unapproved flat in gound floor. If we want to divide the remaining open space by 4 for car parking area. How we can proceed.
