Building plan under right to information act

Please file Application seek information under RTI Act (Copy of the blue print) as per Maharashtra format with RTI fee of Rs.10/- Adhesive Court fee. RTI Format and details are available with MHRDA (invariably write in RTI Application to transfer the application under Sec 6 (3 )to that Authority, if the information is not available with MHRDA.  Always send RTI Application only by local speed post, and track delivery status through indiapost portal. Paste postal receipt on office copy of your application.  You will certainly receive copy within 40 days from date of posting your application.

Can I make an online RTI application?Please advise under which ministry or department  MHADA and MMRR &B come under. What should I choose from the drop down box in the online application?
