Building roof on common passage

Dears,

A roof has been built on common passage which has been used for parking my car and my brothers' cars. This common passage has been created in front of my house just to facilitate to park all our cars.

When I build first floor above my house I extended a roof above the common passage in front of my house. Will my brothers have share on the roof In built on the common passage?

Please note I am not blocking the way for my brothers to park their cars. They can park or take out their cars out anytime without any disturbance.

He can't claim right or share over your building construction. But, if  he objected the construction, within a stipulated limitation period of 3 years from the date of construction he can legally ask you to demolish the portion of construction which was extended above the common area

Thank you so much for the confirmation. For your Information, I built the roof above the common passage 10 years before :). Thanks once again for clear explanation.
