Dear Sir/Madam,
i have an agreement to buy ancestor propery of a person with two daughters and one son, after agreement the seller revealed his daugher is in canada and she cannot come before agreement end date and asking me to take signature on papers and do the registration.
is it valid to take her consent on affadivit and proceed with registration? any future complications arise with this process?
