I'm interested in a farmland/house near Gunjur area in Bangalore. The farmland is part of a layout and is in greenzone. This property has Panchayat approval. My parents are from agriculture background.
Is it safe to buy this land?
What are the pros and cons of buying land in greenzone? Within 2 kms radius in one direction from this land is in yellowzone.
Would there be chances of this becoming part of redzone in future for city expansion?
