Buying High court judge

Hi Experts,

I came to know from sources that in my case judge is been sold out and been mananaged in hgh court and will favour the accused . Can this happen? in case if he gives  a malafide order do we have an opty to report to cheif justice and how can an indivudual approach supreme court to challenge the order.

Insights much Appriciated.

Regards,

Bhrath

If ur advocate feels that the judgement is not in connosance with the Act then on his advise u can prefer an appeal. That's all.U cannot prove corruoption so easily against a high court judge.

Fully agreed with short and crisp view offered by Mr Rao.

i would request the querist to be more responsible while posting questions. allegations against higher judiciary on mere perceptions are better avoided.

I agree with JustAdvisor. Alleging corruption in higher judiciary on a public forum can get you in trouble. Discuss your concerns with a senior lawyer. It is not advisable to make any claims unless you are being represented by a senior lawyer and have enough evidence (enough not as per your own opinion but as per opinion of the senior lawyer).
