Dear Users,
I am interested in buying a plot in Chennai which is unapproved . What are all the formalities that needs to be done to get it approved so that I can go ahead with resigtration and construction.This plot comes under CMDA and pls advice if its ok to buy unapproved plots and its process.
The seller has got only patta and trying to offer it for a better price. Pls advice.
