I have following query-
Mr. Raut got this plot under Kulh Kayada total area 1-48. Out of this total plot area, Mr Chimankar got the approval from collector for buying 87.5 area. After getting the approval Mr. Chimankar bought that plot 87.5 area. Now, we are planning to buy 3500 Sq Ft from Mr Chimankar.
7 /12 for the plot is for total area 1-48 still having kulh kayada mentioned. But, it also has Pherphar num mention along with name of Mr. Chimankar. And respective Pherphar document mention that land 87.5 is purchased after getting collector approval.
Once we buy this 3500 Sq Ft, will there by any issues? Which documents shall we looked at before buying this land?
