Byju's fraud

I spent 75k on byju's system for my son for which he was given a lenovo tablet and memory chips for each subject. The tablet had problems within 2 months. I contacted the company and they said that since the system was within warranty period, they would send me invoice which can be used for replacement or servicing. They never sent the invoice email and we suffered some personal problems and got busy. As life settled and we contacted them again, they said that the warranty is now expired. Now they say that they sent invoice on wrong email because they didn't note the email properly.
How can I approach consumer court for this brazen fraud?

make sure you have all the email and other transactions in record. There are alot of complaint against this company. File a consumer complaint before that send legal notice of criminal and civil action against them.
