section 94 (c) and (e) of Code of Civil Procedure states provisions under which the court can grant temporary injunction. Further section 95 provides compensation to the defendant if the plaintiff fails to provide sufficient grounds for such an injunction. Sections 52 to 57 deal with of Specific Relief Act 1877 deal with different types of injunctions.
injunction are of two types- temporary and perpetual(under Section 36 of the Specific Relief Act.) . A temporary injunction, as it consists of two stages- 1) granted without finally disposing of the application for injunction to operate immediately till the disposal of the said application 2) granted while finally disposing of the main application to ensure generally till the disposal of the suit.
