I have cable connection from den entertainment. Local agent collects monthly payment. But now he refused to collect and asked me to personally submit to his office. Where as all other collecting agency collect from subscriber. What is exact rule. Shall they have any othority letter? Can agent or den entertainment disconnect my connection?
