Calling wife as prostitute amounts to cruelty to wife

if wife calls her husband as b*st*rd & son of a b*tch, will this be considered as cruelty? or, will it be considered as 'wear and tear' of family by the court?

1. No. Never, how cruel you are to even think of it!
2. It constitutes "on account of instigation of husband wife uttered those words in spur of the moment which she does not even mean it as found during her Examination in Chief". Donot believe me then challenge me I will produce here opposite Citations all the way from SC down to Trial Courts as THEIR Lordships interpretations.
3. Legislative intent is not to think at all a wife to be as prostitute where as there are many married prostitutes with established families in our society. That is the reason in most recent Census enumeration prostitutes upon several staged newsworthy agitations till late last year were included for the first time under “housewife” category as nations empirical GDP data!!!

By calling, you further spoil, u can't get anything.

Cruelty is not defined anywhere in Law, but callong her P  is ground for cruelty & Divorce.+ living separate & claim mtn, DV, etc.

'just on account of instigation the wife uttered the word' - if this is not accepted as cruelty, then in case a husband slaps a wife on account of instigation by wife, I understand that it will not amount to cruelty! correct me if i am wrong!

1. No it is not going to be proved cruelty to a husband. Infact she is asking a question lovingly is what it gets prime facie construed as.

2. Infact it now becomes matter under DEFAMATION LAWS for her Father In Law to challenge her for eyeing his manhood with a question!  

3. All that the Father In Law has to do now is to file a Defamation suit with paternity test result and call for Cell Phone records from Service Provider as Witness no. 1 and making her as first Respondent and his shy son as co-petitioner no. 2 of this sure shot Defamation Suit.

3. Father in law will succeed in his Defamation Suit and Certified Copy of his success story will now be used by son (husband to a lovely SMSing wife) to prove persuasive mental cruelty to HIS marriage.
