Can 99 year lease break

There was property on My grandfather(died now) and father(died in 1992) name. My father was in minor on registration of property. Later my grandfather had given property to ABC firm on 99 year lease in year of around 90's. Now proprietary of firm haven't pay any rent till now to my mother. Proprietor has denied showing lease agreement. So what legal action can we do. What we can do evacuate that lease holder ? Is lease can be break ? Where can I find lease agreement registration detail (through online govt sites) ?
