Can a group of 20+ people buy R Zone land parcel around Pune

I want to understand If a group of individuals can acquire R Zone land parcel around Pune / PCMA ? Suggest the best possible structure for formation of a legal company / co operative etc..

Going forward the formed legal entity might get into a JV for the development of land parcel.


Investors might not be related to one another

individual contribution may vary, also there share in the land parcel should be limited to his contribution. (suggest ways of unit allotment if possible)

If it is an agricultural land all the buyers should be agriculturist.otherwise get converted into NA plot and purchsae it,they may not relatives of each other.in purchase deed you can mention the %share and in payment column the individual amount likewise.
